Since the new normal has proscribed changes to our business practice, we want you to know what to expect when you come to our store. We are working diligently to provide you with a safe shopping experience in compliance with Massachusetts State guidelines.
During the time that our store has been closed, we have meticulously cleaned the store, furniture, and each piece of jewelry. Current state guidelines permit a maximum of three customers in our showroom at a time. While usually, this may not be a problem, we appreciate your patience if you need to wait outside. In the event that others are waiting too, please use the concrete 6’ x 6’ sidewalk pavers as visual guidelines for proper physical distancing.
Upon arrival, you’ll find that our door will be locked in order to help us comply with state maximum occupancy guidelines. Please knock on the door and lower your mask so we can see who you are. If you don’t have a mask, a new disposable mask will be provided for you. Hand sanitizer dispensers are available throughout the store. High contact surfaces will be cleaned and sanitized between clients. Each time a customer touches a piece of jewelry, that piece will be sanitized prior to returning it to the case. Our credit card processing device is Tap, Apple and Android pay enabled for touchless payment. In addition, traditional credit card payment will continue to be available.
We encourage you to pre-shop on our website, www.hbrandtjewelers.com. Most of our in-stock inventory is available there for you to see. We regret that certain services that in the past may have been done while you wait, may not be possible at this time and your jewelry or watch may need to be left for service. As we cautiously and carefully enter this new world, our store hours will be Monday – Friday 10:00 – 5:00. Additional evening and weekend hours are available by appointment.
